The trip went well. Thanksgiving was a lot of turkey-filled fun with family.
It’s been pretty chaotic, but so far it’s been fun, too.

Posted pictures; some e-mail caught up; some journal; went running; did some cleaning. Started blogging at a group fitness blog. Played video games with Kace.

M. is at school, and I’m on kid duty.

Boiled a big pot of potatoes.
Rounded up a few loads of laundry.
Was a mean taskmaster to the children, making them fold clothes and clear tables and take out trash and pick up toys.

A pretty enjoyable day so far. Played water polo in the morning in swim class. Scored one goal, assisted on two more, and had fun. Also, had some online discussion at OM.
Went with M. on a field trip with K’s class to the children’s museum. It was a lot of fun — the kids [...]

We survived the Halloween party.
All costumes done. S. won a prize for his. I guess shaving your head pays off.
I even went to the gym in the evening. 2 mile run, & other misc.

M and I finished my costume at 2 a.m., and I crashed. She had to stay up to finish some homework.
Taught class, in costume. Half a dozen students wore costumes too.

This weekend was a complicated exercise in co-ordination.
Saturday was kind of slow, actually. Kid-watching while M. was at her class. Putting together Oakland talk. Helping McHughs move. (Still need to follow up on that.) A barbeque at M.’s friends, which was fun.
